Cancellation of Carrickmacross District Court sitting at Monaghan on Mon 21 February

The sitting of Carrickmacross District Court due to be held at Monaghan Courthouse, tomorrow Monday 21 February 2022, has been cancelled at the direction of the Judge of the District Court assigned to District No. 5.

Any accused that had been remanded to the Court are now remanded to Cavan District Court on Tuesday 22 February 2022.  

All other matters are adjourned to Carrickmacross District Court sitting at Monaghan on Monday 28 February 2022.
